Hello and Welcome to my site! Obviously you're here to find out a little bit about me and maybe get a photograph or two.
I currently reside in my hometown of Milford, Pa. What can say about this place, it's enriched with history, around every corner there are art galleries, old Victorian homes, and the most breath taking hikes with views of mountains and waterfalls. I have a beautiful family of two wonderful children and a supportive and loving husband.
My life is a busy one, but I always find the time to catch glimpses of a beautiful shot. My family now is all too familiar when 'mom stops and looks at something for a long time, she is thinking of that perfect shot'. I try my best now as I remain an artist within myself to instill this within my family. I keep peace and serenity within our lives.
The best thing that I love the most is bringing comfort and joy to people. Whenever I work with a client they tell me how calm I make them and how much fun they had, rather than feeling overwhelmed or stressed. I personally feel that it is one of the most important jobs when photographing people. The second is maintaining that feeling and making it fun, natural laughs are always the best smiles.
While attending college, I learned a great deal about not only using the camera, but understanding light, knowing when to use hardly any, connecting with people and being creative. Yes, that's my favorite word, creative, the mind can do such wonders when you dive deep into making something come alive with just using your hands. I've also learned how to master editing my material. I would hope and like to one day teach a workshop on how to use the benefits of creative editing through photoshop.
Bottom line, I love taking pictures, I love capturing moments that can be saved for years, and possibly even decades to come. I like knowing that I'm helping a person preserve a beautiful moment for them to look back on.
